ORDERS ARE DELIVERED VIA AUSTRALIA POST, COURIER SERVICE AND IS INCLUDED IN PRICE TO ANY ADDRESS WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

Lolly and Popz will make sure that every effort is made to ensure your purchase is delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch for NSW Rural & NSW Metro Cities. For all other States and remote Country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

Turn around time is normally 1-2 days from order received, funds cleared & validated.

During busier/special occasion times of the year, orders may take a little longer (due to a higher number of orders coming in). However we will always do our best to get these yummy jars out to your ASAP. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience if this may happen.

Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details on your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post may leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery (if not safe to drop) and will provide you with details on how to collect your box/Parcel.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

All orders may require a signature upon delivery depending the delivery service we have used that day. If you are not there to sign for your order or have made alternative arrangements, Australia Post/Courier Service may leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your box/parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your box/parcel, Australia Post/Courier Service may not be able to leave your order at a safe place at the nominated address.

Our Delivery options will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry, or difficult location. Please leave detailed information at checkout if location has unusual features ie: battle-axe block, apartment building, office with lifts etc…

We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.

Lolly and Popz online shop delivers orders only to Australian addresses.

BY UTILISING AUSTRALIA POST MYPOST SAFE DROP SERVICE YOU AGREE THAT:

You are aware of the risk of utilising this service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.

Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your box/parcel, and that it may leave boxes/parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your box/parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the box/parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that the box/parcel or boxes/parcels may have suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any box/parcel or boxes/parcels, including, but not limited to:

Where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this service;
Where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the service;
Where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
