Q: Weight ratio – Volume = Kilos
A: Our Jars are classed in Volume. This equates to Approx: 2.2 Litres = 2.2 Kilos. (Lollies are of different weights, this rule is only generalised – Skittles, Frogs, Conversation Hearts will at most times weigh heavier than Marshmallows etc. (Unless coated in chocolate – yum). That’s why we work in volume.
Q: Why a Min of 6 Lollies?
A: That’s the fun of our Pick & Mix. We currently have over 2 dozen lines and pride ourselves in having the freshest lollies on hand at all times. However for any reason you do not want as many choices, please contact us first, just to make sure we have enough stock of your lolly choice when you place your order. With Lots of Smiles.
Q: Why a Max of 12 Lollies?
A: We have found from our experience and feedback that it can be tough to pick, sometimes too many choices can be hard for some. If you want more than 12 varieties in your Jar, just contact us. We are all about the Yum.
Q: Do you have Jars already made up?
A: Yes. We have our Ready Made Jars if you may find it hard to Pick & Mix. We fill these up with our most favourite choices, all ready to go. If we do not have any in store or pictured, please get in touch – we may have been just a little bit busy or distracted with all this Yum around and haven’t had time to add to our store. We always have Jars on hand of different sizes & more than happy to fill one or more up for you.
Please contact us if you want a special order or just want us to Pick & Mix for you, we are more than happy to do that.
*We can take over the phone payment with most cards or invoice via PayPal.
Q: What happens if an item/s are out of stock?
A: If any item/s are out of stock at Lolly and Popz or from our suppliers when your online order is received, we will endeavour to contact sender first, if we can’t in due time, we will add more items from the varieties you have already selected. This is just in case receiver has allergies to other brands & or similar varieties not previously selected. If it is a sized Lolly Jar, we will replace this to equal or greater volume. This Jar maybe of a different shape and design.
Q: How are the Lollipops sold?
A: Lollipops are sold individually, however you can order as many as we currently have in stock. Yummy… (Some pictures are for illustration only)
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to any address Australia wide.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer a flat rate shipping cost of only $10, including: GST, packing box, Jar of Yum, ribbon, Lolly and Popz gift card with/without a personalised message (please leave details at checkout or contact us directly if you require any special instructions).
Q: Is pick up available?
A: Unfortunately we do not currently have a store front & pick up is not available at this time.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we can deliver to any 2795 postcode. Our pricing is $10 per delivery. (Please contact us if this is a request, otherwise all boxes/parcels will be sent via our shipping method).

Lolly and Popz are committed to providing premium lollies of the best quality. We fill our jars in a hygienic food safe environment. As we do not produce these lollies, we cannot guarantee that the lollies have not come into contact with any gluten, nuts or other allergens.

Q: Best Before dates (B.B)?
A: When we put a Best Before date on our Jars, it will be the first earliest best before. This means that all the other lollies will have a longer best before date. Lollies have a long shelf life for most and we will use the longest dates were ever possible. If our dates are shorter than 2 months B.B we will have these on sale or we have family & friends which will be more than happy to eat them LOL.

Date marks give a guide to how long food can be kept before it begins to deteriorate or may become unsafe to eat.
The two types of date marking are use by dates and best before dates. The food supplier is responsible for placing a use by or best before date on food.
Foods that must be eaten before a certain time for health or safety reasons should be marked with a use by date. Foods should not be eaten after the use by date and can’t legally be sold after this date because they may pose a health or safety risk.
Most foods have a best before date. You can still eat foods for a while after the best before date as they should be safe but they may have lost some quality. Foods that have a best before date can legally be sold after that date provided the food is fit for human consumption.
Q: What type of Jars do you use?
A: Lemon & Lime Glass Jars (Other brands/designs may be used on occasions)

The jar has a clear glass construction so you can see what’s inside and comes with a lid to keep everything securely stored.
It’s perfect for organising food items in your pantry.
Each jar has a glass construction.
The jar comes with a lid which you can easily screw on and off.
It is dishwasher safe, making it quick and easy to clean.
Each jar has a wide mouth opening, making it easy to insert your foods or other items.
As being glass, some imperfections maybe seen, Ie: bubbles, dents etc…However should not affect use.
